Writing a book is very important in the career of a chef, in order to put his name to the recipes he has created and thereby leave his mark.

It all started in 1998, having just been awarded their third Michelin star, Jacques and Laurent Pourcel wrote their first book « Cuisine en Duo ». Since then a whole range of books has been published featuring their culinary story.
