LEARN TO COOK LIKE  PROFESSIONALS!

Whether it's just become fashionable or a 'must' in the art of good living, many are those who are taking the time to come and learn the rudiments in the art of cooking, alongside highly talented chefs.

Jacques and Laurent along with their staff, all madly enthusiastic about cooking, will be showing you their little handy tips on how to prepare wonderful dishes.

It is also the opportunity to discover the basic techniques of cooking, to learn a few tips, how to cook certain ingredients which you wouldn't usually dare to cook, to improve the presentation of a dish, and talk to others about it... so many things which will make life easier for you in the kitchen back at home.

Each workshop enables people to discover three recipes, with a different theme every week (savoury, sweet, low calorie food, Mediterranean fish, truffles, foie gras, potatoes, aspargus, chocolate...). Each session is followed by a very pleasant time, that of everyone sitting around the table to taste the prepared dishes.

This culinary adventure has been made possible thanks to the professional staff who work with these Michelin chefs: chef de cuisine Thibaut Peyroche, pastry chef Jean-Christian Chevalier and Alice Navarre who is in charge of the Cookery Workshop.
