La Compagnie des Comptoirs was created by Olivier
Château and the Pourcel brothers.
Architect Imaad Rahmouni met the expectation of the trio by conceiving three
different places, dedicated to a travel among the flavours of South:
Montpellier (December 2000), Avignon (December 2001), La Grande-Motte (2002
for summer season).
The design refers to the old French trading-post in India, associated with
a contemporary decoration.
Resolutely oriented towards a younger clientèle, this new restaurant
concept proposes a unique À la carte, where only the products and the
simplicity are the main ideas.
A convivial place conceived by Jacques, Laurent and Olivier.
