What about gastronomy, if it was to become a great game space, in which creativity, relationship, complicity, harmony, would be the master-words.

In a great cuisinier’s career, a book is an important tool to sign the recipes he created and thus leave an imprint.

It began in 1998, after getting the third star in the Michelin guide, Jacques and Laurent Pourcel were proposed to publish a book.

«For a restaurant like Le Jardin des Sens, a book is the best communication support, but we can imagine/dispose of.
The book tells the story of our career, of our vision of the cuisine, it says a lot about our way to conceive the art of living through the gastronomy.
On top of that, people who spent a moment in our restaurant, appreciate to leave with a souvenir, the recipes of the courses served, a signature of the chefs Jacques and Laurent Pourcel. »
